As we continue to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely and better understand the unique times we are in, we thought it was important for you to hear from us.

We are assessing the situation daily, remaining vigilant, and are following the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local authorities. 

Employer Flexible has long been committed to a flexible workplace and leveraging technology.  Our cross-disciplinary team is in place, working with our Business Continuity practice professionals, to limit any impact to our clients and employees.  We are actively working from a robust Business Continuity Plan that allows the majority of our key business functions to work remotely should the need arise, and we feel confident in our ability to deliver the level of services your business expects.
